Hi — I’m Joy, the owner of Springfield Mobility Rentals. We’re a small, local, independent business based in Granby, Massachusetts, and I personally deliver every single rental myself.

When you book with us, there’s no warehouse, no call center, and no strangers handling your equipment. It’s me: I load the scooter, I bring it to your door, hotel, or event, I show you how everything works, and I come back to pick it up. If something doesn’t feel right during your rental, you call me — not a 1-800 number.

Why I Started This

I started Springfield Mobility Rentals because I saw how much a simple scooter can change someone’s day — a grandparent who can join the whole family at Six Flags, a visitor who can actually enjoy the Big E instead of sitting it out, a neighbor recovering from surgery who keeps their independence. Mobility isn’t a luxury. It’s dignity. And everyone deserves it without hassle, hidden fees, or deposits.
