All transactions, customer support, and professional assistance are handled exclusively and directly by our team.

2. Proper Use and Safety Guidelines

To ensure your safety and the proper functioning of our equipment, the following rules apply:

Pedestrian‑only use: Mobility scooters are intended exclusively for pedestrian areas, sidewalks, and crosswalks. They are not motor vehicles and must not be operated on public roads, streets, or highways alongside automobiles.

Zero‑tolerance policy: Operating any equipment under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances is strictly prohibited.

Normal operating conditions: Mobility scooters must be used only for their intended purpose and under normal weather and terrain conditions. Do not exceed weight limits or operate the equipment on uneven, unpaved, or unsafe surfaces that are not suitable for mobility devices.

Operator responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for the care, condition, and safe use of the equipment from the moment it is delivered until it is officially picked up by our staff. Please remain mindful of pedestrians and surrounding property at all times.
