Refund policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before 12:00 AM on the delivery date.

Cancellations made on the delivery date or within 48 hours of 12:00 AM on the delivery date are non‑refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
