How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your dates — big conventions sell out our fleet. That said, call (413) 274-2994 even last-minute; if we have a unit available, we will get it to you the same day.
Do you deliver directly to the Connecticut Convention Center, or only to hotels?
Both. Most guests prefer hotel lobby drop-off so the scooter is waiting at check-in, but we can also coordinate delivery near the venue at 100 Columbus Blvd. Just tell us what works for your schedule.
My event runs several days. Do I keep the scooter the whole time?
Yes — the scooter stays with you for the entire rental, hotel to convention center and back, day and night. You only give it back when we pick it up at the end.
What if the scooter has an issue during my event?
Call us and we will make it right — same-day swap when possible. We are a local company, not a call center, and our technician is never far from Hartford.
